Acebrophylline is used in the treatment and prevention of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Acebrophylline is a mucolytic and bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe.

Tobramycin ophthalmic solution USP eye drops are used to treat external bacterial infections of the eye and its adnexa (eyelids and surrounding areas). 

Specific conditions it is prescribed for include:

• Conjunctivitis ("pink eye")
• Blepharitis (inflammation of the eyelids)
• Other superficial eye infections caused by susceptible bacteria 

It is an antibiotic that works by killing the bacteria causing the infection or preventing their growth.
